I want to start my new and first blog so can you tell me how to earn from a blog?Any tips will be appreciable

Sure,
There are lots of ways to earn from your blog. You can join google adsense and can place ads.
You can find good affiliate program and can join. You can sell links and can do blog review.

There are lot of ways to earn money.

If the blog site you have chosen allows Google Adsense-- I think blogger.com is a good site to start with-- you can put your publisher-id in your blog account so folks can click on the ads and you will earn money.

Honestly making money will not happen overnight as it takes time, dedication, building a audience and promoting the blog. Blog directories, search engines, pinging, tagging and exchanging links with other similar blogs definitely helps. Remember, traffic (the audience) plus popularity equals good money.

There are alot affiliate programs etc, but you must work on getting good traffic.
