Default Do you write Html files from scratch?

Some people like to write the html files from scratch. But I am not fun of wasting my time like that. What about you?

Yup...I used to do when I was learning HTML, but eventually it turned so messy and cumbersome that I turned to Dreamweaver

I write my own. I don't like to use those tools because they tend to add too much codes that I don't need and it's hard for me to debug. ^^

I use Dreamweaver most of the time, but sometimes I will open up notepad and fix a few source codes.
