So folks....which design tool do you use most frequently to design and edit your HTML files?

I use macromedia dreamweaver to write my html files, even to write my php scripts I use dreamweaver.

Photoshop to design webpages

It makes it a alot simpler using photoshop

I use photoshop to create templates and then slice it using imageready and save it as html and then open it with dreamweaver to edit it.

Depending on what HTML files. If you have i-shop HTML files, then I don't think that with some Frontpage it will work fine, so - I would suggest you to use Photoshop as a base for design jobs, and Dreamweaver for coding purposes. I am using Photoshop CS3 for design and Notepad++ for coding, and I think this is the best way to make sites, but .. for each coder has his own methods.

I am using wysiwyg builder to create webpages and also used coraldraw,logo maker and photoshop for the supporting graphics.

I just use NVU to edit and make my site. Its really easy even my friends also can learn after i teach them in 20 minutes. Its not really hard as long as you really interested to learn about NVU.
