There is what we called "Fair Usage" which allow people to put some of the information from articles, news etc.. to provide info to others. But nowadays fair use is more and more confusing for many people.

If you want to reproduce content you found somewhere else you have to credit the original source. To do otherwise is illegal and immoral. For some reason people seem to think the same copywrite laws so not apply to the internet as they do in other media. The fact is that they do.

If you want to write well then you must refer to other articles and books on the same topic. But I think one should also give due credit to the writer. It doesn't cost a penny for referring someone's name who has helped you in some way

it is not stealing at all.
With all that being said. If you write anything then it could be stealing in some way unless it was about your life because you could of learned it in a text box or on TV. Do not use the same words and make it slightly different point of veiw and you should be good.

it is stealing when someone uses your script for free. that's not legal, if you've not offered it. if you find a script like yours, and you got the proof it's yours you can complain to hosting companies and they'll suspend stealers' account
