Is it legal to access you PayPal account, if your country is not listed in their website, I mean Paypal do not operate in that country?

THere is a chance to get your account banned. You should not create paypal if yoru country is not listed. Otherwise you will lose your money in paypal.

Ehm, if paypal don't know about that. I think its fine. But i wonder how long you can hide it. Its because your IP from your country is different right?

They would eventually find out, that your ip is different, I have not come across any cases as such, but I would not risk my money for making an account and trying it out!

Believe me, your paypal will get limit after you do that. If you manage to avoid paypal caught you, i think its going fine. If not, its hard for you to do that. I know some people do that and get limit. I also know some people use others method to do that and never get caught from paypal. So, its up to you want to do that or not.

Its fine if you know how to avoid from paypal. But mostly, if you did that, your account will be suspend and you will have problem with that. So far, i advice you to not did that.
