Adult Sites vs Dating Sites

Does anyone know if you have to have some type of licenses or whatever to do an adult site or a dating site?

Having a porn site is probably the comparison you are asking about. There are laws that those site owners must adhere to. Not really familiar with those laws and regulations but i do run a site that I offer dating communities access to. No license required for that. The niche is just really cluttered now.

dating sites are ok as for adult sites... from my knowleadge it depends on the laws of your country involving pornografy and pornografy encouragement. if you're from holland, you'll have no problem. but if you're from countries that have strict laws against this... maybe one day you'll have police staying in front of your door

Well, certain countries have their own regulations apply on both dating and adult sites. Of course condition on the dating sites are pretty much relaxed and basically requires just simple registration while adults sites could be subject to tighter rules. However, there are countries (better not mention here) that totally banned adults including dating sites as well due to moral and social obligations.

I don't know about that site. But i can said many people already join that site. I also believe most people also earn from them right? WHy so many people really like to earn money from that method?

Not really interested to join this kind of site. Its hard to join and get paid from them. I prefer to join some good site which really can give me some income.

Opening a site doesnt need a licence. But if you buy the script for a website,then it will need a licence.

Todays, we can see too many dating site already born and run everyday. Too many site was create and their already manage to run for long time. I believe they have many good idea to make money by make that site. Just we don't know about that. About the license, i'm not really sure..

I have used a bunch of dating sites in the past and they all didnt require a license.
