I am doing blog posting and dictionary submission and forum links.

You can also do Link Exchange. Keep some points in mind while link Exchange:
Link page should be linked from home page
Add your link only in Relevant Category
Containing Relevant Links on Link page
Link page PR should 3+
No. of links should not more than 25 – 30 on link page
Link page not Two Clicks Away from home page
