Can anyone tell me how to start stumbleupon? I found a lot in the internet but I don't know whats the exact function of it.

You create an account, install the toolbar. As you surf the web you "like or dislike" the sites in toolbar by pressing thumbs up or thumbs down. Usually if you are the first to review a site a little box will pop up and you can write a review and add tags about page content.
