I am in Europe and waiting so long for YPN but it never comes out of US. They are losing money from people in Europe.

Why they are taking so long?

Because their ads network could not cope with massive number of people worldwide and it is not good for them.

The better question is, when are they going to start accepting more people like Google Adsense does? I really want to try out Yahoo, but just can't seem to get accepted.

Just wait. I believe YPN will go global. Just we never know when the times will happen. I believe more people already wait for that right? When YPN run for global, i believe adsense will do something about that.
